What is one piece of advice you’d give to your first-year-in-business self?
Listen and don’t worry. Follow your passions more aggressively. Oh… did you say one piece of advice?
What is your favorite app or tool?
Apple Notes. I have ideas that pop into my brain constantly and need a place to put them to declutter my head… and thank God for voice command!
What is one mistake you’ve made that you’ve learned from?
When given the opportunity, I did not feel it was necessary to scale my Pilates business. While I don’t regret it, I do recognize that factors at that point in my life were not pushing me to grow that business, but to pivot in a different direction.
If they made a movie of your life, who would you want to play you?
What’s one thing you wish more women entrepreneurs knew?
We are more powerful than we realize. Embrace it and use it for good. Step into that power.
