Let’s Take 5 with JoDee
What is one piece of advice you’d give to your first-year-in-business self?
Don’t be afraid to hire. I did utilize independent contractors early on, but I wasted time re-training and not making a longer term commitment earlier on.
What is your favorite app or tool?
Carmel Library Overdrive app – I listen to 2-3 books a week!
What is one mistake you’ve made that you’ve learned from?
It didn’t take me long to figure this out – bill quickly and ask for it to be paid quickly.
If they made a movie of your life, who would you want to play you?
Sandra Bullock; no deep connection here, I just love her!
What’s one thing you wish more women entrepreneurs knew?
Discover what brings you joy, then do more of it!
